Sports Fest activities encourage everyone on the team to work towards a common goal. Thus, it helps build unity and camaraderie among members, with relationships built on a solid foundation.

When these values are applied in the school setting, students can work better as a team. It gives them the confidence to push through even in stressful situations. After all, if they can win contests that were facilitated during the House Battle team building, they can also persist through whatever challenges their school work has to give.

The choreography of cheers and yells does not only contain dance but to also maintain a big smile throughout the routine. Reginians, continue to spread optimism!
